- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Document application configurations and customizations to maintain clear records for future reference.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Experience with application design and configuration within ServiceNow platforms.
- Ability to customize workflows and automate business processes using ServiceNow tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize application performance.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within ServiceNow environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
