We are seeking an experienced and result-driven General Manager – MICE / Corporate Sales to lead our MICE and corporate sales function. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building business, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth within a reputed travel company.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute MICE / Corporate Sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Secure current MICE business from corporate clients and associations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key MICE clients.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Manage contracts, invoicing, and payments for MICE bookings.
- Lead and mentor the MICE sales team.




- Collaborate closely with Operations and Events teams.
- Monitor market trends and represent the company at MICE trade shows and industry events.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in MICE / Corporate Sales from a reputed travel company, with a proven track record.
- Strong negotiation, closing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
