Hiring: Quality Analyst Lead BFSI Collections

We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst Lead to head our Quality Assurance function. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in BFSI collections/contact centre quality, call monitoring, quality audits, compliance, and team leadership.

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of BFSI experience (mandatory).
- Experience in collections/recovery quality within a contact centre workplace.
- Strong knowledge of call audits, compliance, and quality frameworks.
- Good communication, analytical, and MS Excel skills.
- Prior experience leading a QA team is preferred.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience as a Quality Analyst/Quality Auditor in BFSI collections or recovery operations is mandatory.
