About the Company

A global logistics leader is building its India centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Trade Marketing Manager to connect marketing with the front line. You will sit between brand and channel, making sure demand turns into action where it counts. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will plan and run channel and partner marketing, build the tools that sales and partners use to win, and tie every programme back to revenue. You will translate brand strategy into on-the-ground results.

Key Responsibilities

Channel & Partner Marketing

- Plan trade and channel campaigns that drive partner demand
- Build sales tools, promotions, and point-of-sale assets
- Manage trade budgets and the return on each programme

Enablement & Insight

- Equip sales and partners with collateral and playbooks




- Track programme performance and channel-level metrics
- Use market and partner insight to refine the plan

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3 to 7 years in trade, channel, or partner marketing
- A record of running programmes that lifted channel performance
- Robust coordination across sales, partners, and marketing
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in logistics, distribution, FMCG, or a channel-led business
- Exposure to partner programmes and co-marketing
- An MBA or postgraduate qualification in marketing
