Job Brief

Are you someone who enjoys keeping things organised and running smoothly We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations and ensure products are received, stored, and dispatched on time.

In this role, you will manage inventory, coordinate with different teams, oversee logistics, and lead warehouse staff to deliver excellent service. If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and leading a team, this is the right opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activities.
- Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and ERP / WMS updates.
- Plan warehouse manpower and supervise day-to-day warehouse activities.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor dispatch schedules and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Work closely with Sales, Purchase, Finance, and Customer Support teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain proper stock levels and plan replenishment of low-stock items.
- Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and secure storage practices.
- Handle returns, non-moving inventory, and stock reconciliation.
- Identify opportunities to reduce warehouse and logistics costs.
- Prepare warehouse reports, inventory reports, and operational updates.
- Lead, train,



and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse safety standards.

Qualifications

- Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Experience working with ERP / WMS systems and MS Office.
- Good understanding of dispatch planning, logistics coordination, and inventory control.
- Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and external logistics partners.
