About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry and have a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting highly specialized technical professionals. As a Semiconductor Recruiter at Triveni IT, you will play a crucial role in identifying top engineering talent across various technical domains, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and supporting our clients niche hiring needs. This role offers a unique chance to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with leading semiconductor companies, and contribute to the growth of creative technologies. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a preference for those who have specialized in semiconductor recruitment. A strong understanding of semiconductor industry terminology,



engineering roles, and the development lifecycle is essential. Candidates should demonstrate experience in sourcing niche technical talent, particularly within semiconductor, electronics, hardware, or embedded technology sectors. Excellent communication, networking, and candidate engagement skills are critical for success. Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and candidate databases is required. A bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience is preferred, as well as the ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Source, identify, and recruit semiconductor professionals across various technical domains, including design, verification, and manufacturing roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified semiconductor engineering candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand detailed technical requirements and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
- Recruit for roles such as Semiconductor Design Engineers, ASIC Engineers, VLSI Engineers, FPGA Engineers, Verification Engineers, Embedded Engineers, Firmware Engineers, Hardware Engineers, Validation/Test Engineers, and Process Engineers.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking platforms,



and internal candidate databases to identify and attract top talent.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate technical competencies, experience, and project backgrounds, ensuring a strong fit for the role.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within ATS/CRM systems to streamline recruitment workflows.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates.
