About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst with extensive expertise in organizational change management to join our dynamic team. This role involves partnering directly with clients to deliver complex business, technology, and transformation programs. The Lead Business Analyst will serve as the change management lead on various engagements, responsible for assessing change impacts, shaping comprehensive change strategies, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and driving adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. This is a client-facing, consultative position that requires a blend of analytical rigor and interpersonal finesse. The successful candidate will be embedded within program leadership teams, influencing change from strategy formulation through to post-implementation sustainment, ensuring that organizational transitions are smooth, well-managed, and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, with at least 4-5 years dedicated to leading change management initiatives within medium to large-scale transformation projects. Candidates must demonstrate proven client-facing consulting experience, including the ability to shape approaches, facilitate workshops, and manage relationships with senior stakeholders under ambiguous conditions. A deep understanding of recognized change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process,



or LaMarsh Managed Change is essential. Experience delivering change in areas like ERP, CRM, HCM implementations, cloud migrations, operating model redesigns, M&A; integrations, or digital transformations is highly valued. Strong stakeholder management capabilities across all organizational levels, excellent communication skills, and a solid grounding in core business analysis techniques are required. Certifications such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, APMG Change Management Practitioner, or CBAP are considered advantageous. Candidates with exposure to agile environments, change management tools, and prior experience in tier-1 consulting firms will have a competitive edge.

Responsibilities

The Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for a broad spectrum of activities, including but not limited to:

- Developing and implementing change management strategies tailored to client needs, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and business readiness plans.
- Conducting detailed change impact assessments across roles, processes, systems, and locations to identify potential risks and intervention points.
- Performing stakeholder analysis, mapping influence and interest levels, and designing engagement approaches to foster support and mitigate resistance.
- Coaching executive sponsors and leaders to act as effective change champions, providing them with tools, messaging, and coaching to reinforce change efforts.
- Creating and executing comprehensive communication plans, including crafting messaging, overseeing collateral development, and establishing feedback channels.
- Partnering with training teams to define training needs, develop learning curricula, and oversee delivery and effectiveness measurement.
- Designing business readiness frameworks, establishing checkpoints, dashboards,



and go/no-go criteria to ensure organizational preparedness for change milestones.
- Mobilizing change champion networks, establishing communities of practice, and maintaining momentum through delivery and hypercare phases.
- Identifying and managing resistance proactively through sentiment analysis, targeted interventions, and collaboration with HR and ER teams.
- Defining KPIs for adoption and sustainment, tracking progress, and linking change activities to benefits realization and program value.
- Producing key deliverables such as change management strategies, impact registers, stakeholder plans, communication materials, training plans, and executive reports.
- Mentoring junior analysts and change practitioners to build organizational capability and ensure quality standards are maintained.
