In this role, you will be responsible for leading campus recruiting strategy, scaling internship demand, and standardizing regional early careers programs across India and North America. **What You'll Do** In this role, you will: + **Drive Program Strategy & Execution:** Lead end-to-end campus recruiting and early careers initiatives, serving as the primary lead to drive business demand for upcoming internship cohorts. + **Standardize Global Operations:** Collaborate with internal stakeholders and regional leadership to align the Asia-Pacific internship calendar, onboarding, and cohort experiences with established United States standards. + **Ensure Process & Compliance:** Ensure all campus hiring practices, offer extensions, and candidate tracking adhere to regional labor standards and organizational guidelines. **What You'll Bring** The ideal candidate will have:



+ **3+ years** of dedicated experience in campus recruitment, early careers hiring, and university program management. + **Solid knowledge** of early talent strategies, student cohort engagement, and cross-border program execution, with explicit expertise in United States and India markets. + **Proven ability** in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and aligning regional onboarding schedules. + **Bachelor's degree** in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
