BDM for Services Sales

Required Skills

1. Proven experience in IT Services / Professional Services Sales.

2. Strong consultative and solution selling capabilities.

3. Demonstrated ability in new business development (hunting) and acquiring enterprise customers.

4. Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, including CXO-level interactions.

5. Experience in account growth, cross-selling, and upselling services.

6. Strong negotiation and commercial acumen with the ability to close complex deals.

7. Ability to understand customer business challenges and work with presales and delivery teams to propose tailored solutions.

8. Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.

9. Robust communication, presentation,



and proposal management skills.

10. Good understanding of IT Services, Digital Transformation, DevOps, ALM/PLM, Cloud, AI, or Cybersecurity domains.

11. Proficiency in CRM tools, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.

12. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

13. Education qualification : BE/B.Tech
