Responsibilities:

- Conceive and design cost-effective housings for industrial electronic products such as Touch Panels, PLCs, and Power Supplies.
- Collaborate closely with hardware and PCB designers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electronic components.
- Develop mechanical designs using both sheet metal and plastic materials depending on product requirements.
- Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings for manufacturing using standard mechanical design tools.
- Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and cost objectives while adhering to industry standards.
- Participate in prototype development, design validation, and testing processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturing teams for tooling, fabrication, and assembly activities.




- Support continuous improvement in mechanical design methods, materials, and processes.

Prerequisites:

- Hands-on experience with mechanical design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in 3D solid modeling and 2D detailed drawing creation.
- Experience in sheet metal and plastic housing design.
- Exposure to mold design is an added advantage.

Minimum Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical product design.
