Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Salesforce.
- Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce development.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements within Salesforce.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionalities.
- Maintain documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features to recommend enhancements.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its functionalities.
- Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively.
- Experience in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Understanding of CRM best practices and business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in a business analyst role, specifically with Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
