Senior Manager – Third-Party Risk Management (Non-Vendor TPRM)

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) to lead the governance and execution of non-vendor third-party risk management processes within the Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) setting. The role is responsible for overseeing the onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding of non-vendor third-party relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, governance standards, and internal risk frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of non-vendor third-party relationships, including onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding.
- Conduct third-party risk assessments and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance TPRM policies, governance frameworks, and operating procedures.
- Monitor risk metrics, prepare management reports, and provide strategic insights for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with Business, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders to manage third-party risks effectively.




- Lead and mentor the TPRM team while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Utilize data analytics and reporting to improve risk management processes and decision-making.
- Required Experience & Skills
- 10–12+ years of banking experience with 7–10 years in Third-Party Risk Management, Operational Risk, Governance, or Risk & Controls.
- Strong understanding of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), risk assessments, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB), Financial Institutions, Correspondent Banking, or related banking functions is preferred.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and leading teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with risk management tools and data analytics is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
