Job Description

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our SAP APO projects. Your primary focus will be on developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP APO applications, ensuring seamless integration with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA landscapes. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, contributing to the overall growth and reputation of Bristlecone India Limited.

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of SAP ABAP APO developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Design and develop SAP APO solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Integrate SAP APO with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems, leveraging your expertise in SAP ABAP development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP APO, providing timely and effective support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of SAP APO applications meet industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP APO technologies and trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of our solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Document and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for SAP APO projects, ensuring knowledge transfer and easy maintenance.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise and contributing to proposal development.

Qualifications

- A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on SAP APO.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP APO modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
- Experience in integrating SAP APO with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA landscapes is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex SAP APO issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills,



with the ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
- A proven track record of successful SAP APO implementation projects, demonstrating leadership and technical expertise.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in SAP ABAP and/or SAP APO are highly advantageous.
- A passion for technology and a commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends.
