- Operate and monitor the Aluminium Extrusion Press efficiently as per standard operating parameters
- Assist in loading billets, setting press parameters, and ensuring smooth extrusion flow
- Operate puller, ensuring accurate pulling and straightening of extruded profiles
- Handle run-out table and run-out saw operations with precision
- Operate and maintain the billet saw as per production planning
- Perform profile measurement using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools
- Follow and implement product recipe (extrusion parameters) as per each profile requirement
- Support Kaizen and continuous process improvement activities
- Monitor extrusion speed, temperature, and quality to ensure zero defects
- Identify abnormalities in the extrusion line and immediately report to Production/Quality
- Maintain complete documentation of daily production, parameters, and quality checks
- Ensure proper handling of dies and coordinate with die shop when required
- Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and adhere strictly to safety standards and PPE usage
- Support the team in meeting daily output, quality, and productivity targets
Qualification
- Minimum Qualification: 12th / ITI / Diploma (Mechanical or relevant trade)
- Experience: 5–7 years in Aluminium Extrusion operations
- Practical experience operating extrusion press, puller, runout saw, and billet saw
- Knowledge of extrusion profile measurement techniques
