We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – Microsoft Technologies with 8–12 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications using the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in .NET Core, excellent leadership capabilities, and the ability to mentor development teams while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and C#.




- Drive technical architecture, code reviews, and implementation of best coding practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, QA teams, and clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party services.
- Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Guide the team in adopting modern development practices, cloud technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills :-

- 8–12 years of experience in Microsoft technologies.
- Robust expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture and REST APIs.
- Experience with Azure Cloud Services and deployment pipelines is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment is an added advantage.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, OOP concepts, and SOLID principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
