Key Accountabilities/Activities:

o Ensuring timely invoicing,



payments and Work order / purchase order allotment and

distribution to suppliers as per the process defined

o Understand the requirement for IT and non IT outsourcing and should be able to

co-ordinate with project management team and suppliers to for work orders & invoicing

process.

o Supplier registration/ empanelment Documentations

o Creation of Contracts and work orders/ SOWs and lead/ guide the team on the same.

o Managing escalation from suppliers and project team for work orders/ invoice submission/

payment release and lead/ guide team on the same.

o Maintaining the outsourcing tracker/ matrix and sharing with seniors on demand.

o Sustaining the existing network & managing the suppliers

o Should be able to update project management team on the status.

o Effective tracking mechanism

Job Details:

● Highly motivated graduate, with good interpersonal and communication skills from

procurement background.

● 5 - 6 years of experience in procurement.

● Procurement Experience from E-learning/ IT company is preferred

Education: Any Graduate
