We are hiring experienced Senior Fashion Consultants for leading Luxury Ethnic Couture Brands.

Experience: 5 8+ years in luxury ethnic wear, designer couture, bridal couture, premium occasion wear, or high-end fashion retail.

Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai

- Provide personalized styling consultations and premium customer service to high-end clientele.

- Understand customer preferences, lifestyle needs, and fashion goals to recommend curated luxury wardrobe solutions.
- Drive sales through relationship-based selling, repeat business, and solid client retention strategies.
- Build and manage a loyal client portfolio including VIP and premium customers.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of luxury collections, seasonal launches,



designers, fabrics, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling.
- Support visual merchandising standards to ensure premium in-store presentation and brand consistency.
- Coordinate private appointments, exclusive previews, and VIP shopping experiences.
- Assist in achieving store sales targets, average transaction value (ATV), and customer satisfaction goals.
- Monitor inventory availability and collaborate with merchandising teams for client requirements.
- Stay updated on global fashion trends, luxury consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
