Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on product goals.- Continuously monitor product progress and adjust priorities to maximize value delivery.- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and understanding of product ownership.- Drive the adoption of best practices in product management and agile methodologies within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.- Solid skills in eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements to support product development.- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.- Experience in prioritizing product features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.- Capability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions and roadmap adjustments.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
