Experience: 3–8 Years | 8–12 Years
Qualification: B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Skills:
CATIA V5 – Surfacing, Solid Modeling, Assembly, DMU & Drafting
Exterior Systems – Front/Rear Bumpers, Grille, Energy Absorber, Claddings, Wheel Arch Liners
Style Surface Feasibility, Draft & Tooling Analysis
Packaging Studies, Benchmarking & Concept Development
DFM, DFA, DFS
GD&T;, DFMEA, DVP, Stack-up Analysis
Master Section, RPS & Hard Point Creation
PLM Connect
Knowledge of Tooling, Materials, Color & Texture
Understanding of CAE requirements & implementation

For 8–12 Years Experience:
• Team handling (3–5 members)
• Customer coordination & project management
• Vehicle Level DMU, ECN & Assembly Reviews
• Project planning, quality & delivery ownership
