The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and administrative functions. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR processes while supporting both IT and BPO employees in a dynamic work workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Support attendance, leave, and shift coordination.
- Address employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and other documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
- Assist with exit formalities and other employee lifecycle activities as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of HR operations and employment practices.
- Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS tools is an added advantage.
Work Schedule
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Responsible for supporting IT and BPO employees across different shift schedules
