The position is based out of our Kalyan Nagar studio.

Role Description This is a full-time in office role for an Interior Design Lead located in (HRBR Layout) Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore.

Design Lead will be responsible for leading a team of designers and engaging with high-value design projects, developing concepts and design solutions, managing project timelines & team productivity, quality control & process adherence, and handling client concerns.





Qualifications Passionate About Design! Minimum 3 years of experience in turnkey interior & luxury interior design Able to handle a team of 3-4 members At least 1 year of experience in team management & client handling Expertise in Space Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design Experience in preparing & reviewing construction drawings Familiar with Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E;) Creative problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Knowledge of interior standards & guidelines Experience in luxury residential design is preferred Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
