Position: Executive / Sr. Executive – API Process R&D; / Analytical R&D;

Experience: 2–8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Process R&D;:

- Execute API process development and process optimization activities.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and scale-up studies.
- Support technology transfer from R&D; to manufacturing.
- Prepare and maintain experimental records and technical documentation.

Analytical R&D;:

- Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods for API products.
- Perform method development, method validation, impurity profiling, and stability studies.
- Operate and troubleshoot analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and related equipment.
- Prepare analytical reports and ensure compliance with GLP and cGMP requirements.





General Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, EHS, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- M. Sc. (Organic Chemistry), M. Pharm., or equivalent qualification.
- 2–8 years of experience in API Process R&D; or API Analytical R&D;.
- Hands-on experience in process development, route scouting, analytical method development, method validation, impurity profiling, or technology transfer.
- Experience in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments will be preferred.
