We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate - Accounting to join our finance team in India. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-2 years of experience who are looking to start their career in accounting and finance.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and compliance.
- Perform reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,



or a related field.
- Robust understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
