Orbit Skyline is looking forward to onboarding an Diffusion Equipment Engineer with experience on 200 TEL Alpha 8se tool set. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of diffusion furnace equipment.

The candidate must have good understanding of control systems like SPC, tools and process alarm limits and able perform robot teaching, temperature calibration using Flat zone TC jig.

Wondering what your Responsibilities would be

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Semiconductor diffusion equipment maintenance in International FABs.
- Experience on 200 TEL Alpha 8se tool set is must.
- In-depth knowledge of diffusion furnace equipment and basic process knowledge.
- Responsible for Preventive and corrective maintenance of diffusion furnace equipment.
- Good understanding of control systems like SPC, tools and process alarm limits.
- Able to perform robot teaching, Temperature calibration using Flat zone TC jig.
- Maximize the uptime of equipment performance and troubleshoot equipment related problems.
- Troubleshoot complex problems, perform root cause analysis, and resolve process issues.

- Self-driven, and ability to work independently individually or in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Should be able to work in any shift and provide off shift coverage as needed.

What Makes you Eligible

- 6 to 10 years of experience in semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance is must.
- Degree/ Diploma in engineering with relevant experience.
- Positive attitude valuable team player
- Understanding of sensors, actuators, pneumatics.
- Able to work in in rotating shifts.
- Good verbal written communication skills.
- Self-driven, and ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
- Good computer literature with expertise in MS-Office utilities.
