Role & responsibilities

Person recruited for this role will be responsible for:

1. Units/GMV planning for one or more core BUs at Flipkart for various time horizons and product granularity.

2. BAU and Events planning including Big Billion Days.

3. Daily/weekly RCAs for the performance of respective BU.

4. Work with Supply and inventory planning teams to enable speed and inventory for respective BU without compromising on cost metrics.

5. Work with category and business finance teams to understand the interventions planned to achieve business targets and validate the how lists to provide accurate forecasts with the stakeholders and leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

1. MBA with 5+ years of experience in Analytical mindset to derive helpful insights from the data available.

2. Understanding of Business and Supply chain from e-commerce perspective.

3. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and logically align everyone for key business decisions.
