Role Description The Merchandiser role at Naukri Pay is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Merchandiser will plan and execute product displays, ensure accurate stock levels, and maintain visual merchandising standards in retail environments. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with sales and marketing teams, tracking product performance, and providing input on promotions and pricing to maximize sales.



The role also involves monitoring customer preferences, collecting feedback from store staff and customers, and preparing regular reports on product placement and inventory. The Merchandiser will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support brand consistency and improve the overall retail experience.

- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, store staff, and external partners.
- Customer Service and Retail skills to understand shopper behavior and maintain a positive in-store experience.
- Sales and Marketing skills to support promotional activities, improve product visibility, and drive revenue.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple displays and stock-keeping tasks.
- Basic data analysis skills to interpret sales reports, inventory records, and customer trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting and documentation.
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, travel between store locations if required, and adapt to a rapid-paced environment.
