What youll do at Ather:

Deliver complete design of process and manufacturing line for one of the vehicle or battery assembly lines.

Ensure that time, cost and quality targets are met.

Work with the design team on DFA feedback and in understanding process requirements and CTQs.

Work with the production team to understand constraints and requirements.

Work with the prototyping team during early builds.

Deliver MBoM, BoP, PFD, work instructions, maintenance guide linesto the production team.

Work with vendors in communicating requirements, reviewing designs, and commissioning of lines.

Ensure line stabilization and PPAP.

Heres what we are looking for:

An understanding of various process capabilities, ergonomics, testing, line design.





Being up-to-date with state-of-the-art manufacturing and testing processes.

Knowledge of machines and their cost and capabilities.

Experience leading at least one line release.

Experience working in 2-3 programs in the capacity of a process/manufacturing engineer.

Knowledge of different suppliers w.r.t various aspects of NPD forgiven component from a strategy point of view

What you bring to Ather:

B.E/M.E in Industrial engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

10+ years of technical expertise in the manufacturing process
