Position Overview:

We are at the forefront of establishing a groundbreaking Li-Ion Cell Gigafactory in Bangalore, and we are actively seeking a visionary and accomplished Manager Electrical to spearhead the operation & maintenance of Admin blocks.

The successful candidate will work with Projects, Operations and Maintenance team to maintain the electrical utility infrastructure operations & maintenance to support the administration operations.

Responsibilities:

- Ensures Smooth Handover from Project: proven expertise in smooth transition of the Electriral Utilities from Project to operations & maintenance team, ensure all statutory, safety, techinical and operation maintenance aspects.
- Expertise in Utility Operations: Manage and lead complete Electrical utility operations and maintenance such as 220KV GIS Switchyrad, 2.5 MVA DG, Boilers, Chillers, Compressors, Cooling towers, Dehumidifiers, AHU's, DG's, STP, ETP and WTP.
- Enhances safety protocols: By prioritizing safety in operation and Maintenance process, shall create a safe working environment for everyone.
- Drives continuous improvement: Through regular monitoring and analysis, manage and identifies opportunities for increase the uptime of Utility equipment, keenly work for the improvement of exitsing system interm of ease of operation,



reducing cost of operations and human safety.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve assigned goals.
- Solid understanding of Utility equipment, their operation and maintenance procedures.
- Proven expertise of operation of ultra Dryroom and Clean rooms.
- Strong knowledge and operation capabilities of 220KV GIS Switchyard, 2.5MVA DG and UPS operations.
- work towards the energy saving to lower down the products Cost per Unit.
- Knowledge of ISO/IATF Standard to prepare and develop Standards, Manuals, Checksheet, History Card and Contingency Plan for Operation & Maintenance.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Desired Skill:

experience in a Utility Operation & Maintenance manager role, preferably in a Lithium-ion battery manufacturing workplace or a huge-scaled highly automated automotive or pharma industries.
