Skills and Qualifications

- Proficient in Hindi and English, both written and verbal.
- Robust communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer service or retail experience preferred.
