Description

We are looking for an Engineer / Senior Engineer / Technical Lead to join our creative team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in software development, possess strong technical skills, and be capable of leading projects and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop software solutions based on requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards of software quality within the team.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to ensure high availability and performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the team.

Skills and Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Experience with databases and SQL, as well as NoSQL technologies.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
