Job description

- Trouble shoots day-to-day sales issues at the customers place
- Analyses and highlights to the Area sales Manager complex Sales/technical issues.
- Plans and visits the customer vendor sites for resolution of routine Sales issues.
- Monitors, checks and documents payments, bill details, overdue, short payment, delivery status.
- Liaise with TSS person in smooth operation of paint Line.
- Reduce NM/SM stock, forecasting regular orders in system and introduce current shade trial runs

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolves day-to-day sales issues from the process to maximize sales and achieve target budget.
- Monitoring overdue/outstanding and payment collection from the customers.
- Checks and modifies the customers order based on requirement.
- Updates technical/SCPC of fresh requirement, technical issues etc on regular bases.
- Monitors stock level and liquidation of SM/NM Stock.
