Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for GCC and Arab countries
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels
- Coordinating interviews and managing the hiring process efficiently
- Building strong networks and talent pipelines for Gulf-based roles
- Ensuring compliance with regional employment laws and visa requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Gulf hiring
- Robust knowledge of GCC recruitment trends
- Experience with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
