The Talent and Learning Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Talent and Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital learning platforms. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the seamless operation of these systems, providing technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with the Group Manager Programme Management to deploy training modules and content globally. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the learning experience and ensuring that the systems meet the needs of both the users and the business.

Key Role Responsibilities:

- The Talent and Learning Systems Administrator is responsible for ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and optimization of the Talent and Learning Management System (LMS). This role provides technical support to users, manages system configurations, and collaborates with internal teams to deploy global training content. Additionally, the administrator ensures data accuracy, performs system audits, and drives continuous improvement to enhance user experience and system performance.
- Administer and maintain the LMS: Oversee the daily operations of the LMS, content management, enrolment and scheduling, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality.
- Provide user support: Deliver technical assistance and troubleshoot issues for system users across the organization.
- Deploy learning content:



Collaborate with the Group Manager Programme Management to configure, upload, and manage global training modules.
- Ensure data integrity: Conduct system audits to maintain accurate records and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Implement system updates: Coordinate with IT and vendors to manage system upgrades, implement new features, and improve performance.
- Monitor and report system usage: Analyze system data to provide reports and recommendations for optimizing system performance and user engagement.
- Generate and analyse training reports to evaluate effectiveness and participation metrics.

Skills & Competencies:

- LMS Administration: Proficiency in managing and configuring Learning Management Systems, preferably Cornerstone LMS.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Solid problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Data Management: Ability to conduct system audits, maintain data integrity, and ensure compliance with privacy standards.
- Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, vendors, and end-users.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in managing system records, configurations, and updates.
- Project Management: Capable of handling multiple tasks and projects, including system upgrades and content deployments.
