About the Role
As a Senior PS Consultant, you will work closely with customers to understand their unique requirements, pain points, and processes. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Translating business requirements into software configuration and clearly demonstrating to customers how the configured solution addresses their specific needs.
- Demonstrating and training customer users to ensure the implemented solution is the right fit and adopted effectively.
- Thoroughly testing the solution and proactively addressing what if scenarios to ensure robustness.
Skills & Experience
- At least 6-10 years of experience implementing ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft NAV or Business Central.
- Ability to understand and articulate business processes and needs.
- Familiarity with Food & Beverage businesses and processes, preferably in the fresh produce sector or similar sectors focused on (food) traceability and/or seed-to-shelf processes.
- Curious and passionate about problem-solving.
- Ambitious and unafraid of change.
- Dedicated to delivering high performance.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Experience implementing systems in a process manufacturing environment.
- Experience in large distribution or warehousing.
- Experience implementing ERP in a Food and/or Beverage Finance/Manufacturing environment.
