As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and managing comprehensive project management tasks for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating activities within a globally distributed delivery framework, ensuring seamless execution from initiation through completion.

The practitioner actively monitors progress, aligns resources, and facilitates communication across various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and meet established objectives. Attention to detail and proactive management are essential to navigate the complexities of global project delivery and to support successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize project workflows and enhance team productivity.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong capability in managing and integrating laboratory data within project control frameworks.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Ability to analyze project metrics and generate actionable insights for decision-making.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies that support project tracking and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges in project execution environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
