Field Sales Executive – Textile Printing Chemicals

About Us

DMK Ventures is a Jodhpur-based manufacturer and trader of Textile Grade Guar Gum Powder and Printing Thickeners, in business since 1985. Our product range (DV LT, DV-02, DV-03, DV-Oxy) serves textile mills and processing houses across India, with exports to Thailand and Bangladesh.

The Role

We're looking for a self-driven sales qualified with genuine knowledge of textile printing and existing contacts within printing mills. This is a field-based, factory-to-factory sales role — you'll be the face of DMK Ventures on the ground, building relationships directly with mills and processing houses.

What You'll Do

- Visit printing mills and processing houses directly, factory to factory, to introduce DMK Ventures's product range
- Present our brochure and explain product applications suited to each mill's dyeing/printing process
- Provide product samples where appropriate to move a prospect toward a trial order
- Share Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Certificates of Analysis (CoA)



to support technical/procurement evaluation
- Follow up on leads through to order closure, and maintain ongoing relationships for repeat business
- Report leads and pipeline status back to the DMK Ventures team regularly

What We're Looking For

- Prior experience in textile printing, dyeing, or textile chemicals sales
- Existing network/contacts with printing mills or processing houses (this is important — not an entry-level role)
- Comfortable with regular travel and in-person factory visits
- Strong communication skills — able to explain technical product applications to purchase/technical teams
- Self-motivated and target-driven; comfortable working on a commission-only structure

Compensation

Commission-based on sales generated. Structure to be discussed directly based on experience and territory.
