Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with potential clients in the logistics sector.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay updated on industry trends.
4. Pitch logistics services to clients, effectively communicating value propositions tailored to their needs.
5. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
7. Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
8. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, achievements,



and challenges to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience in logistics, cargo, or supply chain industries.
- Solid understanding of logistics services, supply chain operations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts effectively.
