Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

- Drive B2B sales initiatives within the automotive sector, focusing on auto parts, components, and manufacturing clients.
- Identify, engage, and acquire new business opportunities across OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 automotive suppliers.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams.

Product & Technical Understanding:

- Leverage strong knowledge of electric vehicle (EV) technology, internal combustion engine (ICE) systems, and core automotive components.
- Communicate product specifications, technical benefits, and application use-cases to clients confidently.
- Provide guidance to customers on product suitability, performance, and integration.

Account Management:

- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, understand customer needs,



and provide timely solutions.
- Prepare and present customized sales proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.

Market Research & Strategy:

- Monitor market trends in automotive technologies, EV transitions, and component innovations.
- Identify competitive insights and contribute to sales strategy planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Supply Chain) to align sales plans with product capabilities.

Sales Operations:

- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth order processing, delivery timelines, and after-sales support.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client demos to represent the company's offerings
