Job Description Post : RMO in the Department of Gyneacology
/n Educational Qualification : MBBS degree

/n Required Experience: Minimum 3 years working experience in any Reputed multispecialty hospital.

/n Roles & Responsibilities -
/n Provide comprehensive medical care to obstetric and gynecology patients in OPD, IPD, and emergency settings.
/n Assess, diagnose, and initiate appropriate treatment under consultant supervision.
/n Monitor antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal patients and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
/n Assist in normal deliveries, cesarean sections, and gynecological surgeries.
/n Manage obstetric and gynecological emergencies in accordance with hospital protocols.
/n Perform routine clinical procedures and ensure timely patient care.
/n Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, anesthetists, and other departments for multidisciplinary patient management.




/n Counsel patients and families regarding treatment plans, maternal care, breastfeeding, contraception, and follow-up.
/n Prepare admission notes, discharge summaries, and maintain complete medical records.
/n Participate in ward rounds, labor room duties, rotational shifts, and on-call responsibilities.
/n Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control practices, and quality standards.
/n Contribute to clinical audits, continuing medical education (CME), and quality improvement initiatives.

/n Experienced candidates will be preferred. Remuneration will not be a constraint for the deserving candidates.
