What will your role look like

- Develop Test Framework for API's and Front end/Backend testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Java/Java Script (Cypress, Web Driver.IO, Selenium, Playwright).
- Conduct performance testing with JMeter and ensure security standards are met.
- Integrate tests into the CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins), perform cross-browser automation (Browser Stack/Selenoid).
- Lead a small team (2-5 members), mentor, and troubleshoot issues.
- Create and present test plans, strategies, and reports.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to align test strategies with product requirements.

We would like you to bring along

- Experience with Java or Java Script framework like Cypress, Web Driver.IO or Selenium
- Understanding of Database testing using
- Understanding/Experience of Performance using JMeter and Security testing
- Experience in working implementation of Dev Ops culture using automated tools
- Documentation skills including automaton test plan, strategy, test reports and presentation.




- Understanding of Jenkins (CI/CD) and hands-on with parallel testing and cross browser automation testing tools (Browser Stack/Selenoid, etc)
- Technically competent and able to drive multiple technical aspects of a project independently.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues in the project and provide solutions to team members wherever required.
- Knowledge of Quality processes, Open source automation testing tools and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate with clients, development team, and other partners to understand the requirements, usage patterns and plan the test design.
- Ability to lead a team of 2-5 team members
- Knowledge of what is trending in the market and should be open to work on recent tools, tech stack, research and development in the automation space.
- Experience with web & API automation and different framework (Data Driven, keyword, BDD & hybrid) development using Selenium with Java Script and Java.
- Excellent Scripting experience (Java & Java Script) and should also know how to design test automation framework from scratch using Playwright.
- Experience of working with REST service and understanding of SOA architecture
- Understanding of backend testing skills, SQL commands, CSS, XPATH, coding standards and best practices
