Sales Associate, Secured Business Loans, DSA Experience Necessary

The company works closely with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), loan consultants, financial intermediaries, businesses, and industry associations to identify and fund suitable business loan opportunities.

Red Fort Capital is looking for a proactive and well-connected Sales Associate to develop business opportunities within an assigned region.

Key responsibilities include generating secured business loan applications , maintaining strong local and nationwide DSA relationships, addressing queries, following up on leads, and providing regular market and business updates to the management.

1. extensive on-ground market engagement, including meeting prospective borrowers, DSAs, loan agents, financial consultants, and industry associations.
2. The associate will also be responsible for making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from existing and prospective DSAs across India.
3. Conduct regular field visits to prospective clients, existing clients and business establishments.

(3) Generate qualified loan applications through direct sourcing, DSAs, loan agents, financial consultants and referral partners.

(1) Manage regular outbound calls and handle inbound calls from existing and prospective DSAs across India to maintain engagement,



follow up on business opportunities, address queries and generate loan leads.
(2) Identify, onboard and maintain relationships with DSAs, loan agents, Chartered Accountants, financial consultants and other referral partners.
(1) Conduct local market research to identify business clusters, industrial areas, associations and potential sourcing opportunities.
(3) Share market intelligence and business opportunities with the Head Office.
(1) Build relationships with local MSME associations, trade bodies, industrial associations and business groups.
(2) Represent Red Fort Capital at local business meetings, networking forums, exhibitions and industry events.

(3) Coordinate and manage regional sourcing events, DSA meetings, borrower outreach programmes or association engagements, whenever required.

Ø Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
Ø Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in field sales for loans.

Ø Robust understanding of the local business community and regional market.

Ø DSA Experience Mandatory
Ø Existing relationships with DSAs, loan agents, Chartered Accountants, MSME associations or business owners is a plus.
Ø Comfortable with extensive local travel and on-ground client meetings.

Ø Basic ability to understand financial statements, business profiles and property-related information would be preferred.
