Role: Customer Support Executive Voice Process

Experience: Freshers Only(No Exp,No PG Candidates)

Work Locations: Bangalore & Pune

Work Mode: 100% Work From Office

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Night shifts mandatory)

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate

Minimum 15 years of full-time education

Postgraduates are NOT eligible

Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)

Candidates should be willing to relocate to Mysore for 2 months mandatory training

Immediate joiners preferred

Role Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through voice support

Understand customer concerns and provide timely solutions

Deliver excellent customer experience with professionalism and empathy

Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards

Collaborate with team members and follow process guidelines

Compensation

Bangalore: 2.75 LPA





Pune: 2.5 LPA
