About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and launch campaigns, ad sets and ads in Meta Ads Manager
2. Upload and organise creatives; keep naming conventions clean
3. Pull daily and weekly performance reports (spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM)
4. Track creative performance and flag what's winning and what's dying
5. Help with audience setup, pixel/event checks and basic troubleshooting
6. Research competitor ads via Meta Ad Library
7. Coordinate with the design and content team on creative briefs
8. Maintain campaign trackers and client reporting sheets

5. Transparent written English; you can explain a result in two lines

6. Mumbai-based and available for one in-person meeting a week

7. Own laptop and reliable internet

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 1 month

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 12,001 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
