About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing of subcontractor invoices, managing records, and supporting internal and external stakeholders with administrative and finance-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Process subcontractor invoices as per agreed cost structures
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Reconcile subcontractor payments, credits, and accruals
- Maintain documentation, including scanning, verification, and archiving
- Handle internal and external email enquiries efficiently




- Liaise with subcontractors and build strong vendor relationships
- Support finance team with reporting, costing, and data accuracy
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Additional certifications in Accounting, ERP, Finance systems will be an advantage

Key Skills & Experience

- 12 years of experience in invoice processing / accounts payable / admin operations
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and accounting software
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
- Self-driven with a collaborative mindset
