About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls: Reach out to current leads or past clients using company scripts to pitch items or services.
2. Handle inbound calls: Answer incoming customer questions, fix issues, and explain service rules.
3. Generate leads: Find out what a client needs and check if they want to buy.
4. Update records: Type call notes, customer data, and follow-up dates into the company CRM system.
5. Meet targets: Reach daily or weekly goals for call counts, leads found, or sales made

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months





Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
