Key responsibilities:

1. Process Support: Assist in routine quality checks, testing protocols, and inspections.
2. Documentation: Maintain and update quality management records, logs, and compliance reports.
3. Auditing Support: Shadow and help senior staff conduct internal quality or process audits.
4. Issue Tracking: Note and report any operational or product defects or standard deviations.
