We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO Specialist to enhance our digital presence through comprehensive search engine optimization strategies. This role is critical in driving organic growth, improving website visibility, and increasing qualified traffic across our platforms. The ideal candidate will leverage technical expertise and data-driven insights to execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives, ensuring optimal performance across all digital touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align SEO efforts with business goals, continuously optimize for search engine algorithms, and deliver measurable results through consistent monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities:

- Improve organic search rankings across target keywords and markets

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis

- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, indexing issues, and site architecture gaps

- Optimize on-page elements including content, metadata, internal linking, and schema markup

- Enhance website speed and Core Web Vitals using performance optimization techniques

- Manage and maintain XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags

- Implement and monitor image SEO best practices

- Build high-quality backlinks through strategic outreach and relationship building

- Analyze broken links and recommend corrective actions





- Optimize Google Business Profiles to boost local search visibility

- Generate detailed SEO reports and track KPIs using analytics tools

- Collaborate with developers and content writers to ensure SEO alignment across projects

- Manage multiple SEO initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and performance targets

Requirements

Requirements:

- Proven experience in on-page, off-page, technical, local, and e-commerce SEO

- Expertise in keyword research and competitor analysis

- Robust understanding of Core Web Vitals, website speed optimization, and performance metrics

- Proficient in using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Keyword Planner

- Hands-on experience with SEO tools including SEMrush, Ubersuggest, GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights, Rank Math, Yoast SEO, Moz, Surfer SEO, and SEOquake

- Experience with implementing schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags

- Knowledge of backlink building strategies and broken link analysis

- Familiarity with content optimization and internal linking best practices

- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable SEO strategies

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with developers, marketers, and content teams

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight timelines
