Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and scheduling social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) tailored to real estate and property management audiences.
- Support the creation of visually appealing digital content, including graphics, videos, and reels, using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Contribute to SEO -optimized content for property listings, blogs, and landing pages to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.
- Assist in managing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, drafting copy, and tracking open/click -through rates.
- Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital tools to support ongoing marketing improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align digital initiatives with property launch timelines and client acquisition goals.
- Maintain organized records of digital assets, campaign reports, and content calendars.
