- Deliver engaging, student -centered lessons in Social Studies (History, Geography, Civics, and Economics) for Grades 9 and 10.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the CBSE/ICSE/state board curriculum and pedagogical best practices.
- Design and administer formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and inform instruction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, or a related field; Master’s in Social Studies or Education preferred.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification with eligibility for TGT appointment.
- 2–5 years of proven teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in Grades 9–10.
- Robust subject knowledge in History, Geography, Civics, and Economics with current understanding of curriculum standards.
- Proficiency in using digital learning tools (e.g., LMS, presentation software, educational apps).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
