We are looking for a dedicated STP Operator to manage and monitor sewage treatment plant operations effectively. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in STP processes, equipment handling, maintenance, and safety compliance to ensure smooth day-to-day plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) equipment and processes

- Check water treatment processes and maintain logs and operational records accurately

- Perform regular maintenance and routine safety inspections

- Ensure smooth and effective daily plant operations

- Follow pollution control norms and workplace safety standards strictly

- Maintain cleanliness and safety across the plant premises

- Prepare and submit reports on operational issues to management

- Monitor plant performance and identify operational improvements

Requirements

- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant STP operations experience

- Languages: Tamil & English communication skills required

- Basic knowledge of sewage treatment and water management processes

- Ability to maintain records and operational reports

- Understanding of plant safety and pollution control norms
